Please can you make sure cakes are ordered 2 weeks in advance so we have time to make them to the best quality.

 

1) Payments:

Payment can be made by:

• Cash

• Bank transfers

• Check out of shopping cart on our website.

 

Please note that no exchange of cake will be made until full money is received. Bear in mind that bank payment can take between 3 to 5 days.

 

2) Alteration to order:

Any alteration to the original order must be confirmed in writing and may be subjected to an additional charge. Late amendments to orders might be possible and every effort will be made to accommodate changes. But this cannot always be guaranteed depending on how fare the cake is into completion.

 

3) Cancellation of order:

We try to take into consideration our customers circumstances. But we have to be careful of loses in the business. Full refund will be made if the order is cancel 7 days prior, 50% will be refund up to 3 days prior. No refund can be made within 3 days of the collection day.

4) Allergens:

Brooks Cakes & Bakes takes allergies very seriously. We do our best to make sure all allergenic products are kept separately. All surfaces and equipment are cleaned properly to stop cross contamination. But we must state that the business has Gluten (Wheat), Eggs, Fish (cod), Dairy (Milk, Double cream, Butter) , Mustard, Nuts (Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios) , Peanuts, Sesame, Soya, Sulphur Dioxide and Sulphites products in the kitchen. So we cannot guaranty 100% that there is no trace of allergen in our products.
